An authorised contractor with an engineer's discipline and a designer's eye.
CJ Architect & Interiors is led by J. Chandra Sekhar from our head office at Brindavan Gardens, 6th Line, Guntur — with active branches in Chennai and Bangalore. We take on residential, commercial and institutional work end to end: measurement, design, material selection, execution and handover.
Every ceiling line, partition joint and paint finish is executed by in-house teams that we train ourselves. No sub-contracted guesswork, no surprise costs — a fixed scope, a written estimate and a date we hold ourselves to.

Measured floor plans, furniture layouts and photo-real 3D views, so you approve the space before we build it.

Front elevation concepts worked out against your actual structure — proportions, materials and finishes resolved on paper first.

Interior emulsions, exterior weather coats, textures and PU finishes over properly prepared and primed surfaces.
04False Ceilings
Gypsum, grid and designer ceilings with concealed lighting, cove profiles and clean AC integration.
05Wood Work
Modular kitchens, TV units, wardrobes and partitions in branded ply and MDF — cut to your walls, not to a catalogue size.
06Glass Work & SS Railings
Toughened glass doors, shower cubicles, mirrors and stainless steel railings for staircases and balconies.
07ACP & HPL Panel Works
Aluminium composite and high-pressure laminate cladding for facades, signage bands and feature walls.
08Terracotta Bricks
Exposed terracotta brick cladding, jaalis and screens that shade the facade, cool the rooms and age beautifully.
09uPVC Windows
Sliding, casement and fixed uPVC windows fitted with proper sealing — quieter rooms and no seepage at the frames.

Hand-crafted mural panels and traditional Lippan mirror work as feature walls and entrance statements.

Exterior work in our climate lives or dies on preparation. We treat, prime and seal before a single coat of finish goes on, and we detail parapets, copings and glazing so water leaves the building instead of sitting in it.
